Contacting the Practice

We have taken feedback over the past few months from our patienta regarding our telephone system, availability and appoinment systems.

We aim to provide a high quality of healthcare to all our registered population.

As you may be aware the demand for care is varied and unpredictable, and managing demand at peak times is very challenging.

This means there are more people answering the telephones and more people to respond to problems which are presented

To make the best of our services please note the following:

* Peak times for telephone contacts are 8.30am until 11.00am

* The phone lines will be closed from 12.30pm until 2.00pm every day, any incoming calls may be redirected

* To get test results, or other non urgent enquiries please phone after 2pm

* Urgent cases and problems are dealt with on the same day if at all possible
